Why exercise and laughter is healthy with Jason Miller

What’s the number one thing that can make working out not boring? Laughing and smiling. Over the years I would sign up for classes or go to studios and it would be so serious, no smiles, no happiness, no one pushing you… well they would say you can do it but that was it. I said to myself when I become a trainer I don’t want you to just work out and look dead I want you to smile and workout. Make it fun. Live And Laugh is my motto to working out. Why so serious if you are trying to look great! Because once you start working out your body releases a chemical to make you feel better. People always said Jason you can’t always have fun but what I do now is fun. I am always smiling. And now you can get results and smile. It’s nothing like seeing a person smile after they hit there goal. There self-esteem is higher and they are happier. I believe workouts shouldn’t be boring. So I add some comic relief while your on that last round of abs and you know you can’t go no more. At MGT we laugh and smile and we look good doing it too. Don’t follow the norm of looking serious while you train. Follow MGT smile and laugh while you workout
